What this site stores

Fonts, styles, scripts and provider logos are served from our own server. The web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested page, browser identifier) for 14 days to detect abuse, after which they are deleted. Listing requests submitted through the form are stored so we can process them and are deleted once the listing is complete or declined. If you e-mail us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to answer it.

Language

The site is available in several languages. On your first visit we pick the language from your browser's language setting. If you switch the language yourself, we remember your choice in a cookie named lang for one year; it contains only the language code and is not used for anything else.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, to understand which pages and plans are useful. It is loaded when you open a page. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) and receives usage data: pages viewed, clicks on provider links, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Data may be processed by Google LLC in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. You can stop Google Analytics from recording your visits with Google's opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Our own statistics

We count page views and clicks on provider links ourselves, without cookies and without storing IP addresses. To count visitors we compute a short hash from a key that changes every day, your IP address and your browser identifier; the key is never stored, so the hash cannot be traced back to you or linked across days. We keep daily totals only.

Links to providers

Links to eSIM providers can carry a partner code so the provider can tell that you came from us. Once you are on the provider's site, its own privacy policy applies.
